Optimum Thermal Insulation
All exhaust purifier scrubbers require a large amount of heat to oxidize harmful exhaust pollutants. If the exhaust temperature is too low the scrubber will not work effectively or may not work at all.

Vertical integration allows us to provide the fastest lead times with fully customized solutions at an affordable cost. Small to mid sized mufflers can be custom made and ready to ship for next day delivery.

NOTE: Catalytic Exhaust Products LTD makes equipment that has been tested by Natural Resources Canada (NRC) and can be used Canada wide.

Summary:
The MOL’s mission is to “advance safe, fair and harmonious workplace practices that are essential to the social and economic well-being of the people of Ontario”. The MOL ensures compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act which includes measuring appropriate toxin levels within the workplace. The provinces and territories across Canada have similar ministries, listed at the bottom of this page.

Restrictions / Exposure Limits:

The MOL adopts Time-Weighted Average limits (TWA)

CO – 25 ppm, 8 hour time weighted average
CO₂ – 5000 ppm, 8 hour time weighted average
NO – 25 ppm, 8 hour time weighted average
NO₂ – 3 ppm, 8 hour time weighted average
HCHO – 1 ppm STEL (short term exposure limit)
SO₂ – 2 ppm or 5.2 mg/m³ , 8 hour time weighted average
